She is. I always wondered what her arms were doing. In light of elisem's last post, I'd like to imagine her flipping the bird. :)

They're almost certain she's either holding a comb and mirror, or an apple - those are the two standard period poses, as far as we've been able to reconstruct. :)

The scale is stunning, too.

Well, the mouseover works fine. I used to think he was calculating the resale value of that candlestick and the distance to the exit.
Sorry I won't see you at Potlatch - if I get to Seattle sometime maybe we could have coffee/dinner/equivalent?

Why did only the arms get knocked off when everything else remained intact? I know, probably because they were where the stone was the thinnest.
